Hello Wiire.com Folks!

Thanks again to Mike and our new friends Ian and Andrew over at TheWiire.com for welcoming me on their show. It was a lot of fun and I hope they’ll have me back sooner than later. I’ve been a fan of the show ever since Mike turned me on to it a few months ago, so if any of our listeners haven’t checked them out, please swing by and give them a listen. They had me on their latest episode #130, and I’m fairly certain a good time was had. – Switch

Published by Switch in poDKast on March 27th, 2009

“This week, The Kids HAM up the intro, serve up some classic gaming with a side of BACON, and SWINE about the loss of the arcade experience. In the news, James Brown, world-record profanity, and an international incident between two oblivious blowhards.” WARNING: EXPLICIT (that means we say bad words sometimes)

DK Show Column #0005: Playing God™

Some of us rack up hundreds of hours going on side-quests, playing mini-games, or gathering resources in the quest for more power and glory in our games. Others just skip all that nonsense and go straight to playing an omniscient creator. I understand the appeal of the various “simulated life” games. At the center is the chance to look at our own culture and see how various elements fit together. We explore the relationships between science and war, education and crime, and (perhaps most importantly) personal hygiene and sex appeal.

“In this double-sized episode, the Kids discuss religion and politics by playing god and bitching about taxes, and Switch picks a couple of old wounds while Zeus picks a new one.” WARNING: EXPLICIT (that means we say bad words sometimes)

“This week, the kids podcast about podcasting, kidnap Kevin Smith, and make it almost 5 minutes without an ‘extremely overt’ dick joke.
